I want to end my membership – how do I do that?
If you no longer wish to be a member of HSB Stockholm, the easiest way is to register this via the form on our website and verify with BankID. Click here; Avsluta medlemskap i HSB Stockholm
Please note: do not end your membership if you are a housing saver (bosparare), as you will lose your points.

End membership
Through the same link, you will also find information on how to end the membership for a minor child. If the termination concerns an estate of a deceased person, please contact Customer and Member Service for assistance.

Have you received an invoice?
If you end your membership before the due date, you can disregard any invoice that has been sent, as it will be canceled.

Important to keep in mind:

• If you are a housing saver and end your membership, you will lose all your housing saving points, which can give you priority for HSB’s newly built condominiums and rental apartments.
• Some housing cooperatives require membership in HSB Stockholm for condominium owners. The rules that apply to your cooperative are stated in its bylaws.
• Membership in HSB Stockholm does not end automatically when you sell a condominium.
