After you have registered for membership, you will have the opportunity to start saving for housing, and after about two business days you can log in to HSB - Logga in to access, among other things, our member offers.

HSB is a cooperative owned by its members, which means you pay a membership share when you start your membership. This share will be refunded if you terminate your membership.

What does the membership cost?

• Starting January 1, 2026, membership in HSB Stockholm costs SEK 400 per year as an annual fee.
• The membership share is SEK 500 and is a one-time cost.
• If you own an apartment in an HSB housing cooperative (Brf), the annual membership fee is reduced to SEK 300.
• The invoice for the annual membership fee is always sent out in January each year.
