If your housing cooperative or rental property uses Digital Queue Management, you can easily register for a change via Mitt HSB.

If you want to exchange your current rental object or rent an additional one, you will see options for this when you click "Anmäl intresse" for the object you are interested in (note that you can only register interest for an exchange if the rules for the property allow it). To check if your property allows exchanges, you need to open the queue rules.

Steps:

1. Click "Anmäl intresse" and select "Byta från p-plats XX"
2. Read and check the two boxes and open the draft agreement before clicking OK.
3. You can also see which object you have chosen to exchange by clicking the “i” icon next to the Avbryt button.

Important to note:

• A registration of interest in HSB Queue Management is binding. If you are the person allocated at the end of the publication period, you automatically enter into a binding rental agreement for the object.
• If you register interest and are allocated a space while in the exchange queue, your current object will be terminated automatically.
• The access date for the new object determines when your current object is terminated.
• When registering interest, you will be informed that your current object will be terminated if you are allocated the new one.
• If you rent multiple objects linked to the queue, you will choose which object to terminate during the registration process.
• By registering interest, you agree to accept the allocation. If you change your mind and no longer want the space you applied for, you must remove your registration; otherwise, you risk being allocated the space.
