How do I terminate my parking space?

If you live in a rental apartment or a cooperative apartment that uses the Digital Queue Management service, you can easily terminate your parking space in Mitt HSB → Mina Avtal. Any notice period and extension period will be taken into account when terminating.

Here’s how to do it:

1. Select "Mitt boende" and then "Mina avtal"
2. Click "Säg upp avtal" on the row for the relevant agreement
3. Confirm that you want to leave the queue and that you choose to terminate the agreement
4. Click "Säg upp avtal" again

• If you are moving out of your rental or cooperative apartment and renting an object in the same property or housing association, no termination is required as it happens automatically when you move out. Exceptions may occur.
• If you are moving within your housing association and the association knows that you are listed as the buyer of another apartment, your rental agreement will not be terminated. However, note that you must be registered as the buyer of another apartment when the buyer of your current apartment is approved by the housing association. If this is not the case, you need to contact your HSB association in good time.
• If you live in a cooperative apartment where your association does not use Digital Queue Management, termination must be submitted in writing. Contact Customer and Member Service via the contact form Kontakta HSB Stockholm on the website.
