Many housing cooperatives and rental properties that have HSB Stockholm responsible for queue management and allocation of parking spaces and storage units are connected to a digital service via Mitt HSB.

With digital queue management, available parking spaces and storage units are published via HSB - Logga in every month. The spaces are listed for a certain number of days, and the deadline for applications is clearly stated.

How do I register interest and get a space?

1. To register interest, you must first join the queue
   Click on the queue you are interested in and select “Ställ mig i kö”. Here you can also see the rules for the queue and the average waiting time for different types of spaces. You can choose to subscribe to all spaces in the queue or manually select subscriptions for specific spaces you are interested in.
   

2. Once you are in the queue, you can register interest for the space you want
You can view available spaces and the application deadline. To complete your registration, you must also review the draft agreement. Note that by doing so, you agree that the contract will be binding if you are allocated the space. The person with the highest priority after the application deadline (according to the association’s priority rules) will be allocated the space.

Status indicators:

• Green banner: “Available YYYY-MM-DD” – Click the blue button “Anmäl intresse” to review the draft agreement and accept the criteria.
• Orange banner: Occupied – If you subscribe to an occupied space, you will receive a notification when it becomes available.
• Gray banner: “Not rentable” – The space is reserved from the queue by the board.

Good to know:

• Spaces that are not currently available can be subscribed to so you receive a notification when they become available. Remember to enable notifications under Min Profil in Mitt HSB to receive email alerts.
• If you are allocated a space, you will receive a notification via your registered email address. If you are not allocated the space you applied for, you will not receive a notification.
• The number of days a space is published, how many spaces you can apply for, and other contract terms vary between associations and properties.
  
  

Moving into a housing cooperative that uses Digital Queue Management?

As a buyer, you can join the queue and register interest in rental objects once the board has approved all memberships. This may take about two to three days after membership approval before you can continue the process in logged-in mode on Mitt HSB.

Steps:

• Log in to Mitt HSB with BankID
• Click Mina Köer in the left menu on the homepage
• Select the queue for the parking space you are interested in
• Click Anmäl intresse for the desired space and review the draft agreement
• Note: The objects you register interest for must have an access date that is the same day or later than your move-in date.
